Bryan Wilton, Super Intendant
Bryan has 28 years catering experience. He has worked in large hotels before joining the trust 18 years ago as a chef/chef supervisor. Bryan manages a team of chefs, supervisors and operational staff to ensure the smooth running of the unit as well as monitoring stock, orders and quality control.
Michael Trevelyan, Quality Assurance Manager
Michael has worked for RCHT for 6 years. His role is to ensure that all food and the service that we provide is of the highest of quality and meets standards set by ourselves and many outside authorities of which is done through vigorous monitoring and training throughout the unit. Mike also keeps a check on our suppliers to ensure that we only use the best local produce available.
