Completed in 2008 the Cornwall Food unit is the culmination of eight years of planning from inception, part funded by Objective One and built using sustainable principles the “state of the art” unit produces great food using traditional techniques, but on a grand scale. We employ 30 full time staff which includes managers, administration and production staff.

We try to always work as a team and involve everyone in decision making when we can. The unit is extremely important to the West of Cornwall economy and us such we see ourselves as working in partnership with our customers and suppliers many of whom we have been working with since 1996.
